Can I have advice!

I am confused with life and friends. I am dealing with alot of stress from family problems. Friends really who are they? because sure as hell I don't know( still trying to figure out). family is always there
and new friends are just around the corner

as far as all the problems

That which doesnt kill you, only makes you stronger

challenges, hardships, and all the **** that everybody goes through
without the bad times, we wouldnt appreciate the good times
without being betrayed, we would never appreciate a true friends loyalty

and basically everybody has felt like you are now, at some point in their life

this too shall pass, just as all the good times in your life have as well

Hi Stines, Welcome to SafeSearching!

The way I've always seen it- friends are the people in life who you choose as your friends. And what is most important to me in a friendship is that each person helps the other to be a better person than they would be by themselves.

Otherwise, the relationship is more about helping oneself rather than the world around them.

Don't think that you have to have a lot of friends to be happy or successful. Sometimes you have to be willing to have no friends to commit to what you know is right.

As with most everything, just follow your heart, do what you know is right, and you will find everything that you need in place as you go.

You know, you can't choose your family but you have the chance to be able to choose and select your friends; you'll realize that some won't be worth hanging with while some others will be the most loyal friends.
As for life, you always go through bad times but also good ones, just don't ask yourself too many questions /images/graemlins/wink.gifalthough i know how hard it is when you're confused! /images/graemlins/smile.gif
