View Full Version : Parents
Hi,
I'm a little bit bored and have not seen such a thread, so I open one. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif
I think many children/teenies have got problems with their parents, so it's good if there is one thread where all the teenies can talk about their parents.
I realy like my parents. They're cool parents. Sometimes I can't imagine that other ones can't stand their.
I also have trouble sometimes with them, but all the peoples who like one, has got sometimes troubles with them and I think dispute is important, because it presuppose communication and I think everybodys opiniton is, that it's important to communikate.

My parents are "cool" i guess. Let me do whatever i want.. but they so do not understand me. So i can't talk to them. They want me to be a perfectly healthy person. My parents know i have mental problems.. but they don't believe in it. My dad doesn't believe in depression thus has no time for it.. he think sthat by telling me "I don't care. Get over it.. pull yourself together" is going to help me.. far from but.. meh.. what can i do but try to please

I love my parents and we are like good friends. Its sad to imagine children hating their parents. It might be lack of communication or their parents abusing them but i hope that we as future parents be a great role model for our children in the future.. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have quite good relations with my parents, too. At least usually. Me and my Mom sometimes yell at each other but it's quite rare, maybe once a month we really yell. Speaking in louder voice doesn't count in this. I never yell at my Dad because I know he could make more noise than I any day /images/graemlins/wink.gif Besides it's no use, he's absent so much with his work that he rarely makes any decisions at home so it's Mom I deal with that. Me and my Dad usually just watch tv together (so that my Mom starts complaining, it's a fair big amount of time that he's home so..) and sometimes talk about other stuff. But yeah, basically I always wonder how the other teenagers even CAN have such a hard time with their parents...

I love my mom but we don't communicate very well. I love my stepdad, too. My dad, well, we don't get along at all. Actually, he's trying to sue me.
