i dunno why but i just cant sleep i feel quite sleepy but everytime i get into bed i feel awake n i cant sleep. im soooo bored now if u think daytime tv is rubbish try watchin it after 1am!

hi, i know how you feel, i try not to be online after 3am or i will never go to sleep. the joys of insomnia!.
i dont mean to pry but if there is something on your mind, however small it is, you will not get to sleep because your mind is constantly thinking about it. eather write down how you are feeling every night or email someone (you can pm me if you get stuck). i write things down (i even have another trick but it is silly so will keep it to myself). but that is one way to try get some sleep.
