favourite beginning

seeing as alex did one for the favourite ending i thought i would do one for the favourite beginning.

mine has to be company picnic part one with the spider. it was so funny and reminded me of me and my mum, that is so like something we would do, running through the house with it. omg it was soo funny, i think it has to be one of my favourite bits of all time actually, it had me in tears, lol :p

Mine has to be the one in season 5 (I can't remember the episodes it was early on though), where Lois was giving reese a haircut. Dewey then came in and did something to annoy lois and because of this she acted like a mad man cutting reeses hair! lol :D

This is exactly like my family, except just my sister but we have went thru a lot of stuff that the wilkersons have lol.

oh yeah i can remember that, didn't dewey purposely do it and then the look on reese's face was a mixture of "kill dewey" and "ahhh nooo not the hair" lol :D

but my favorite cold start has to be the one when reese is walking in the kitchen, with a cabinet door open, he slams it, it bounces back open, and hits him in the head making him fall on the floor---> http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y144/jeeperdude/avatar.gif... then he yells all excited "mom, i grew up an inch!!!" One of my favorites is when resee is lying on the bed and dewey goes next to him and he says "this sock really becomes a whip" then he goes "hey that's the poem I wrote" then he bends and starts to shake his derriere and resee doesn't hit him.
next scene is dewey with Lois and he says "He's definetively sick" EXCELENT!!! :D

My favorite is the opening from the first season when Dewey stands in front of Reese who's sitting on the couch. Dewey starts hitting himself and yelling "owe..owe". Reese trys to get him to stop but he keeps it up 'til Lois comes and grabs Reese of the couch and Dewey gets his seat.
Not only was that a funny scene to me, but Justin (the actor) had me absolutely convinced that he was going to be hit by Lois. That looked so real.

I also like the beginning where Malcolm and Reese dare each other to eat spoiled food from the refridgerator (Halloween approximately) or the one where Malcolm and Reese make Hal believe that he has overslept (Carnival). Another great cold opener is the one where Reese is sitting at the table eating and Lois enters the room. She keeps looking at him.

Reese: What? What? Ok, I ate the cup cakes you baked for Dewey´s class last night...And I took dad´s license to make a fake ID...And I can´t return your necklace because I already sold it...
Lois: I was just going to say your shirt didn´t go with the pants.
Reese (relieved): Oh, whew!

That's a great cold opener Celes! I think that one and the family photo cold opener are my favorites. :D

She says, "Don't do it."
And he's like, "I wasn't going to!"
"Then don't"
"I wasn't going to!!"
"Then don't."
"I wasn't going to, but if you think I would, then maybe I should!"
Then they just kinda stared at each other intently, so Hal flung his food at Louis. They all laughed, but then Lois and Reese went right back to Don’t do it - I wasn't going to!
It was so funny, Reese looked so mad, and that reminds me of something that would happen between me and my mom :D

Omg I can't believe i forgot that one :eek: deffinetly one of my favourite's and its the longest intro that i've saw. It was very funny when hal did that with the potatoes LOL. :D
