people are so weird.
So, again tonight, Dave and I went on a 'date', (he's so sweet, we always try to do something just the two of us when we can!) But anyway, again people in the movie theatre were talking through the whole thing. I felt like saying to these two teenage girls behind us, "just because the characters aren't talking doesn't mean YOU can!" :mad:

And then, I was just scrolling through the responses on my weblog on the nbc site and you would not believe this one rude post. Well, I'm so used to all the nice people who post on SafeSearching that I forget there are total lame-o's out there.
This person clearly doesn't know me at all, because he/she wrote stuff like "just because your on tv that you are special"(um, I SO don't feel that way )..."you have the best baby in the world." (well, that part's true, but I hope every parent feels that way!... "you are still a human like everyone else" (well, that's news to me. I thought I was a martian ). Well, whatever. the funny part was the person ironically signed it "a fan". Though I wouldn't really credit this poster with enough wit to have done so intentionally. oh well.

Sorry, usually I try to keep my posts upbeat and positive, but as you can see, it's midnight, andI have some sort of kink in my back so I can't sleep. So I decided to surf the web and I was annoyed by one person. I would like to thank the other supportive and awesome fans for their upbeat posts! You all are awesome. I seriously have to try and sleep, but I will try and post more answers in the ask ali section this week. Also, I sent SafeSearching a new photo of Ben from the carnival, so that should be added to my gallery of photos tomorrow!

Thanks Ali for posting! Just ignore the poster who send you the nasty message. Look at the positive side, we are here to root for you!!! I can't wait to see the pic of Ben!!! I am sure he's growing up so fast! My son is 6 and half now, I barely remember what he was like when he was baby.. It is a long time ago! It will be fun to see him grow!

I don't go to the movies often, but when I went a couple weeks ago I told my sister about your previous movie experience post. She just laughed. Thank goodness, the movie we watched didn't have people talking throughout the movie. Looking forward to the new pics of Ben.

I loved you and Bry's scenes yesterday in the hallway when Lucas kept laughing at Sami about someone hiring her. You really pulled at Bryan's robe when you started yelling at him.

Wow the nerve of some people.. I mean I don't know what they were thinking I certainly would never think that you thought you were better then anybody, you are a wonderful person Ali. I am so sorry that you actually had to read that and I agree w/ you about having the best baby in the world... I know I have the 2 best children in the world!! :) Thats the way a mother should feel about her children we are proud and we love them and it is great to feel that way :) I am so excited to see the new pic of Ben thanks for sharing them with us.. Hey Ali,

I'm sorry to hear that you were having a bad night. As a massage therapist, my best advise for the kink is to alternate hot and cold. Always use a moist heat like a hot wet rag or towel, not dry heat like a heating pad. Never use cold for more than 20 minutes at a time. And try not to do hot for more than 30 minutes at a time. But alternating them helps release the muscle.

I'm very sorry to hear about the nasty person on the other site. They obviously don't know you like your loyal, loving fans at SafeSearching know you. You are a great person and just wonderful to all of us here.

I can't wait to see the new pic of Ben. I bet he is just adorable.

Have a great day and keep your chin up. Don't let the negative people get you down. Just remember that EVERYONE here loves you and supports you and just don't take what anyone who doesn't know you says to heart. She/He might have just been having a bad day and needed someone on whom to take out her frustration. She probably doesn't realize that you and Sami Brady are not actually the same.

It is so good to hear from you Ali. From reading your posts one can see how down to earth you are and how you are such a caring person. Of coarse you think Ben is the best baby in the world, Like momma sd "what mother doesnt?" I have 4 little ones, oldest 8, youngest 1 and I think they are all the best in the world! LOL Dont let someone else's negativity be contagious! Misery loves company, keep your head up and keep a positive outlook on things. You know some people just have a problem seeing the good in any thing. Dont let people like that get to ya girl. We all love you here!

Ali, never feel bad for ranting! We're all human (or at least martian) and if we don't we blow up! I hate that people feel they know someone because they are always on their TV. Some just don't comprehend reality vs. makebelieve. You've got some great fans here. They make my moderating job VERY easy. I don't think I've had to slap any hands. Thanks to everyone here for being so respectful! Ali's respectful to her fans and deserves the same. I think that the great people we have here are a tribute to what a wonderful hostess we have. If more people thought their kid was the best in the world, their would be a lot more happy children. Ben's going to grow up to be a very happy, loved, intellegent child.

I think the we all have days that people rest on a nerve and having sleep deprivation is a good reason! I get that all the time and my daughter is almost 6. So I expect with a baby you get it way more than I do.

All he'd need to do is actually read some of your posts to realize how grounded and caring you are. We all appreciate the time you take out of your busy work and personal life to touch base here. I am always amazed at how goofy people are. You have a job you obviously love, it's called being an actor, and you do it well. I was telling my b/f that you posted again on the board, cause he sure loves Sami on Days. He's a big soap fan of Days of Our Lives to. And I was telling him about when you and your hubby went to see a movie and there was someone talking through the whole movie. And he knows all about L.A. cause he grew up there. And he said that's the bad thing about living in L.A. and going to the movies is that everyone shows up at the same place and it's so crowded. I know how you feel about someone talking through movies, cause my b/f sure trys hard to talk to me through Days when I'm trying to watch it to earn points. It sure annoys me. LOL

Well about those rude people posting negatives stuff on your nbc blog, I wouldn't worry about it to much. Just remember who your true fans are. Obviously those that can't post without being rude isn't your fans like they say they are. "Like Me" I'm your true fan and always will be. As a matter of fact I would like to take a trip to L.A. again and go to one of the fan events and get my autograph signed by you and other soap celebs as well.
