What's your favorite cold opener?

Unfortunately with the syndicated reruns we often aren't able to see the cold-openers as they are cut for time but some of them are hilarious. What's everyones favorite one?

My absolute favorite is also of the longest cold openers. It's when the family are all gathered to get their family pictures done. LOL, it was classic. Everyone played so well of each other and when Lois was arguing with the photographer about her coupon, I was ROFL. :D

my favorite has to eppy 09 series 4 (grandma sues) , thats the one where Reese goes to kick a ball and Malcolm says he will hold it :D thats was quite gd, i have more but i cannot remember them lol

One of my favourites is also the one where the family are eating at the table and Hal throws the potatoes at Lois' cheek. :D

But my favourite..has to be the one where Lois is giving Reese a haircut, then Dewey comes in who has done something to annoy Lois, she then goes into angry mode and so messes up Reeses hair. :D

A couple of others are when walks into the kitchen with a cabinet door open, he then slams it to shut it, it then bounces back, hits and knocks him on the face to the floor lol. Another great cold opener is the one where Reese is sitting at the table eating and Lois enters the room. She keeps looking at him.

Reese: What? What? Ok, I ate the cup cakes you baked for Dewey´s class last night...And I took dad´s license to make a fake ID...And I can´t return your necklace because I already sold it...
Lois: I was just going to say your shirt didn´t go with the pants.
Reese (relieved): Oh, whew! :D

LOL, that's a great one!! I can't remember which episode that is from but it must be one I have on tape as I've seen it many times and it's still just as funny. :D

i have two faves that get me into tears everytime i watch them.

1. the one where hal is with jamie, amie in the high chair and hal is playing with him and a ball. then jamie chucks the ball at his head, hal is proud of him having such a good arm, so gives the ball to him again and jamie throws it again at his head. then we see a baseball come in, hit hal on the head and he falls over, then the view changes to reese malcolm and dewey and reese says something like "i thought he was enjoying it" ROFLMAO!!!! i think its from series 5, im not entirely sure but it was hilarious :p

2. from company picnic part one where dewey finds a spider in the bathroom, so he asks hal to come and get it on some card, then they both run around the house screaming, then dewey opens the front door and hal chucks the spider on lois, then dewey slams the door, then they realise what they have done and hal runs lol :p

LOL :D I remember that one Sammy, I laughed almost halfway through that episode thinking of that one scene. At first I wondered what it was that went across the screen, the next moment Hal does a backflip off the chair when the ball hit him, it was that, that kicked my laughing spree off lmao :D

The spider one also sounds like something I'd do if I done that to my mom as she has a great fear of spiders (I do aswell), but she gets scared just looking at them and I can only imagine what she'd be like if we through one at her lol. :eek: :D

yep i couldnt stop laughing, even after the episode had finished i went downstairs with a massive smile on my face and my mum knew it was because of mitm lol, well mainly reese ;)

the spider thing is exactly something me or my mum would do aswell, im so scared of spiders, even looking at them freaks me out :eek: so when my mum and i watched that opener we just both put ourselves in the place of hal and dewey lol ;)
