I don't have cable, so I haven't seen Ghost Whisperer yet, but have they ever done an episode on suicide? If so how did it go? What happened to the ghost?

Spoilers ahead...I'd consider them minor, but use your own judgement on reading further.

Actually, the last episode aired concerned a guy who'd killed himself. He couldn't remember how he'd died at first, but Melinda helped him put the pieces together...eventually, he was able to make his peace with the other person involved in his decision to kill himself, and was then able to cross over. It was an excellent episode, one of my favorites so far.

Do you need cable to get the major networks in your area? Because the show's on CBS, with public affiliates...doesn't generally require cable, although I know there are areas where you can't pick up much of anything without it. Thought I'd mention it, though, jic.

Thanks for info Trader! I didn't get any cable back home, but now I'm at a different college where I'm supposed to get free cable. (Actually I'm sure it's included in the fee for staying in the dorms). See ya around.

Sure thing. And hope you get to see some episodes now that you've moved.

Yup, I plan on watching it as often as I can, but I had a lot of things I packed so I didn't get around to loading the tv:eek: . Hopefully I'll be able to get it when I go home for a weekend or something.
This occured to me a little bit ago, how do you know about upcoming episodes Trader?

ACK  LOL, actually, for the most part, you're probably better off without it anyway. :D

I really only know about them a week in advance...with Ghost Whisperer and Lost, it's because I watch the shows every week when they're not reruns and they have previews for the following week at the end. Our cable company, Comcast, also has a scrolling guide that gives program descriptions for up to a week in advance...just little blurbs, much like what you used to get in the TV Guide...but at times of year like this, you can check the shows you're interested in and it'll tell you whether or not they're reruns...and when you're sick or bored or sick of being bored, you can scroll through it and once in awhile something interesting will pop up, LOL.
