This is from ep: "Samantha's Growing Up (Sam's First Bra)". Angela and Mona had gone to take Samantha out and they bought her a new dress, robe, purse w/lipstick, purfume, etc. And Tony doesn't like it. And this comes from the scene after commercial break... Tony had just yelled, "What did you do to my little girl?!" at Angela.

I just think Judith/Angela looks so pretty in these couple scenes.
