Since the passing of Paul's first wife, McCartney has released some of his most prolific and beautiful material since his early days after the split of the Beatles. This should be a great show with Paul performing for the first time there and a fav of mine, Robert Randolph, part of an all-star tribute to Sly And The Family Stone, throw U2 and Coldplay on the bill and I'm a happy guy.
I'm sure Love will have a great time.

McCartney performed several old Beatles songs at the half of last years superbowl, and was great I thought. (And someone told me last night that the Stones will be performing at this years.. )
What an unusally great lineup of performers for this years grammy's...I might actually have to watch from start to finish. And thanks for the heads up on Jennifer presenting one, JL...seems like it'll be a cool year to get to do that.

Ah...there(туда бы ) Freddi Merkury... :(
I hadn't heard that the remains of Queen would be performing as well? I can't seem to find that listed anywhere?
I saw Freddie and Queen back in their heyday. They were awesome. I'm not that excited with the new Queen but I'm going to go see their tour anyway. Pretty much impossible to replace Freddie though, Paul Rodgers is a fantastic vocalist. Even Paul can't hit some of those insane notes Freddie could do and he knows it too. Songs like Fat Bottom Girls never did a thing for me, but others like Killer Queen were amazing, Brian May's guitar work is clever and wildly original.

Songs Freddie Merkury will not be executed. Especially in USA...
Paul Rodgers(and others) the good vocalist, but up to Freddie to him it is far. Such vocalist any more will not be.

Such vocalist any more will not be.
That's true. Did you know his real name was Farrokh Bulsara? He had a very very rare single that was released before Queen, in 1973. It's worth a whole bunch of money now. He used a diferent name too,

So you plenty of know about Queen(in particular about Merkury). This very approving.
The truth I know all this. I heard all their albums. Also has read a lot of literature about them.
It is very a pity, that in due time his have not understood in America... :(

Love was on the green carpet today (they had green carpet since Heineken was sponsoring) interviewed by Ryan Seacrest for E! Network and Joan Rivers for TV Guide channel. Love reported that she was presenting a grammy for the R&B nominations along with her old friend Sarah Ferguson and her group The Black Eyed Peas. Photos have started to surface already, Love wearing a beautiful strapless white lacey dress with her hair down and sporting her newer Ghost Whisperer bangs.

That's the best part about having a DVR. I can record red carpet and secial events, then go back and look for Love(so to speak) and put her on my tape collection...
