Success Story #2!

well it's been a pretty good last month. with the exception on one day I've been alcohol free. it was tough at first but as the days go by it's getting easier. I've still got a long way to go and I'm sure I'll mess up once or twice.

last thursday I did something that made me very proud. I love playing pool but the only place around here that I can is at the bar so I went up and sat at the bar and ordered a mountain dew and still had just as much fun as I ever did when I would go up there and drink all nite, probably because I saw how the people around me would act when they had a few too many and I thought man was I this stupid when I drank.

justr thought I would drop you a note and let ya know I'm doin good and my attitude shows it

Thats wonderful Chris! Well done! It just goes to show you don't need to drink alcohol to have a good time. You should be proud of yourself, I would have been too. Glad to hear you're coping well :) take care.
