A busy bee...

I can't find the post, but someone recently asked me when my next P.A. is... I just wanted to update you that most of the cast (as well as the cast of Passions) will be part of an event called FanFest at Universal City Walk on March 20 & 21. It's a really fun event for us because we get to hang out with the casts of both shows - Galen is always cracking me up - so just imagine Bryan, K2 and Galen in a room together? Non-stop hilarity ensues.

As a side note, I have been so crazy (as in busy, not crazy as in psycho!) the last few days. I am guest-starring on an episode of Las Vegas this week. That show is so great, and it's really fun to see Josh D. and Vanessa. I've also become friends with Molly Sims, she's a big Days fan... she kept trying to get me to tell her who the killer was. I'm glad we don't have to keep that secret anymore! Anyway, I also know Nikki Cox because she used to be roommates with Christy Clark. How funny is that? What a small world. Okay, enough tangents, back to my story - I started filming the episode yesterday morning. My call time at Las Vegas was 8:30am, but I was so paranoid about being late (it's a long drive for me) so, I left at 7am! /images/graemlins/crazy.gif 'Course, I was only 15 minutes early, so I guess it's a good thing I am paranoid. I did two scenes (which on Days would take maybe a half an hour) and I finished around 4:30pm. Since I was again facing rush-hour traffic, I headed directly to Days, and arrived around 5:30pm for a 7pm call. They are shooting some very complicated stuff on Days right now, so we didn't finish taping our scenes until 10:30pm. I headed straight home, because I had to be up at 4:30am this morning for an interview session with Brittany Snow regarding the Days cast being on American Dreams this Sunday night (tune in!).
I don't know about you all, when I have to get up early, I can't sleep the night before. I wake up almost every hour worried that I've over-slept or that my alarm is set on p.m. instead of a.m. (I've done that before! /images/graemlins/blush.gif) etc. But luckily, everything went smoothly this morning. Brittany is so sweet! I had so much fun chatting with her... she's very gracious and professional. She was on GL for 3 years - she played a bad-girl too! That must be why we hit it off...lol.
So, now I am hoping to go to sleep way early tonight for my 6am work call at Las Vegas tomorrow. You know how even when you're tired your body clock just isn't going to let you sleep before your usual time? Cross your fingers that I'm not just laying in bed counting sheep until midnight, which is when I usually go to bed.
Since I'm t.w.t. (typing while tired - if that's not a 'net code, it should be. twd should be one too, btw - typing while drunk. or something clever... don't lie, you know you've been there!) but since I'm twt, I don't know if I've already mentioned how thrilling it is to be on Las Vegas! It's one of my fave shows right now... so Vegas-glam, fun scripts and a great cast. I'm having a great time with my part, and I can't wait to tell you all more about it! I'll start off by saying my character owns a tanning salon. And as you all know, I'm usually pretty fair-skinned, so I'm off to get a Mystic Tan (those spray tans). Loved it but still trying to get to understand who is who and why and how and.. all of that. Only problem for me is.. it coincides with Everwood which I LOVE too. /images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Looking forward to the American Dreams episode on Sunday. That's one of the BEST shows. Love the nostalgia of it. Reminds me of the simpler time periods in life.

Mystic tan - huh? Ever since I saw that one episode of FRIENDS where Ross went and did that I am afraid to go to those things, LOL.
I will definitely be tuning into American Dreams. I can't wait to see you DAYS people on it. I have seen pics of you and Farah from it. You both look cute.

I've had such problems with mystic tan. Being naturally light skinned in the winter (I can get a good tan) - it turned me this orangey yellow color. I pray that doesn't happen to you! I'm sticking with tanning beds - I just got back and I'm really burnt, but my month is up tomorrow and I wanted to get my moneys worth! lol!

III wanna post my theory!! II wanna post my theory!!! Ok, ready? Alright. *I* think Marlena is the one who REALLY killed Collin Murphy and she did it because he was involved with the Demeras. See, she HATES the Dimeras! SO her BIGGEST motivation would be the hatred she has for them. NOW she HAD to off Abe AND Jack because they were Going to find out she killed Collin. She HAD to kill Maggie for the same reason, Maggie was too close. Then she killed Carolyn because Carolyn was involved with Victor who also has a Dimera connection. It's NOT hard to see why she'd kill Cassie because Cassie was supposed to be her own daughter but turned out to be Roman and Kates and Kate was a prostitute ... for WHO??? Oh, Stefano Dimera. SO, Cassie found out it was Marlena and so she killed Cassie for double reasons. THEN she offs Roman because, if he's dead set on marrying Kate who was a prostitute for Stefano then she would have to take him away from her before she could get her hands on him. He could not be connected to the Dimeras. Then she finally offs Tony and she even refers to John in almost a derrogatory way because he is ALSO a Dimera so no wonder she would want him out of her home once she snapped from all the Dimera hatred she'd been bottling up for so many years. NOW she FINALLY got to see a Dimera pay for all the torture they had inflicted on so many people. Wonder if she'll go after Lexi and Rex at some point? She may be afraid of Rex I think maybe. At ANY rate, *I* think all of this NEW Marlena has come MOSTLY from her hatred of the Dimeras. It dawned on me during her last dialog with Tony before she killed him. I just have a difficult time placing her at the scene of a few of the murders. For instance, John is an ISA agent. I mean, his wife goes missing in the middle of the night ... the night Maggie is killed and Mickey is attacked. WHY wouldn't John have noticed the absence of his wife in the middle of the night? Secondly, she was shown too many times during Romans death being away from the crime scene during the time he was supposed to be killed if I remember correctly. Thirdly, most of the victems (Ok, I can't spell victom)looked up at the killer, including the men.) Not too mention that the killers shoulders were slanted downward drastically like Johns are, and Marlena does not have downward shoulders, but hers are more defined and are more squared. I KNOW it was some other actor and NOT Deidre Hall underneath that outfit all the time because the figure of the person does not even match her own figure. /images/graemlins/confused.gif
Anyway, just my little insights. Prolly way too much thought for daytime tv, but what can ya say?? Las Vegas is one of my favorite shows. I almost never miss it! I try to rush home every Monday night so I do not miss the beginning. Ok, I have a theory about the whole serial killer, since you mentioned. It seems like Marlena is almost fighting with herself....could she be possesed again??? Or this one is really far fetched...maybe it is her twin Samantha, she supposedly died, but we all know in the Soap world people come back to life at a snap of the fingers! So my theory is she is alive and has kidnapped Marlena and taken her place, she hated Marlena for having all that she should have, so she is killing everyone that Marlena cares for. What do you think, am I really out there in left field???? Please reply.

Oh I've had that AM PM thing screw me up too when I traveled and stayed in motels. We haven't set an alarm in so long at home though that I've forgotten how, hubby always wakes up at 6:00 and if he doesn't I kick him out of bed by 6:30.
