What's Up? ...Stargate?

Sorry i haven't been around a lot. I have been soooo busy. I am almost finished my course at college and then i won't have so many assignments and stuff like that. Life has just been so busy and now it is almost summer! Does anyone have plans for summers? I really want to go camping this year!! Last year i didn't get to go because my school went right through the summer, which majorly sucked. This year i have hope.

Oooh, does anyone watch Stargate SG1?? ...Or Stargate: Atlantis? This is so cool and has my sisters and myself so excited. Stargate is filmed in Vancouver near where i live. They are filming one of the episode IN my sisters high school!!!! She came home from school and it took me a full ten minutes just to get her talking in a mannor that i could understand... she was just a bit excited. Seems all this week they are setting up a set in the gym. Wow, it is just too weird that they choose THAT school, right near where i live. lol. The world just keeps getting smaller and smaller.

Well anyways it is nice to be back for a while until i have to go and do more homework! :)

I'm on hollidays for 4 months since friday, and i don't know what to do! I'm waiting for an answer from a shopping precinct, but... :( :( i don't know...
And i didn't get the time to make any support of one's application (?? i don't know the word which mean "lettre de motivation"! Sorry, i just found that term on my dictionnary!) before, because of my studing (which ate a big part of my day, my nights... and my week ends @_@)
Then... i don't really know what i could do during my hollidays. I think that i'll go to the beach for one month, and i'll try to find a job as a paper girl or something like that.

About Stargate, i just watch Stargate Atlantis.
Live in Vancouver would be my dream!! *_* (and work for that sort of things, too!:rolleyes: )

Sounds like you're having a bit of a tough time. That really sucks! I hope everything works out for you! Oh the beach how nice that sounds. Do you have a place in mind. I would love to go to Hawaii some day. Yep, i am sure there is a beach in Hawaii calling my name! LoL!

I am only lucky if i actually get to see the cast... ya never know. Appearently they start shooting today, or so my sister was told. Who knows maybe i could walk right by them on my way to the bus stop.... Sort of a strange thought!

I'll go to the Grière, in France, (in Vendée, near the Tranche sur mer... but i'm not sure that you'll locate it with all that information, that's not really a famous place :p ). My grand mother have a house not very far from the beach, and she lends it to us. That's a little paradise.

I hope that you will cross Stargate cast, and don't forget to take your pen and paper to ask them an hand-writting!!

I know what you mean about the not being able to go to hawaii 'before pigs can fly'. But i still dream, and like most dreams, it might come true one day :) Right now i am just concentrating on finishing school!

Oh i did get to meet the cast, on the Stargate set, btw. This is so cool. I went to my sisters school to pick her up and she was waiting outside for me. Then she said we were going to get a tour and get to watch them film a scene. I just about dropped dead. lol.

We watched a scene being filmed over and over again. About six times. I had to try not to laugh or make any noises at all because the we were told that the mircrophones pick EVERYTHING up!!
I met Ben Browder, who plays the character Cameron Mitchell. He was really nice. It was just soo wonderful, and busy. Just like someone else said. All the extras had a specific route of things the were supposed to do at every specific moment. I can't believe how much they have going on around the actors while they are doing the scenes. And then everytime they change a scene, the lighting has to be set up just right. Whew! Makes my head spin.

One of the things I'm doing this summer is taking two online classes. It should be intertesting. I watch Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis all the time. There are boards for them here at Safesearching which can be found here.
