hey guys!:)

wondering if anyone can help!

i use psp 8 and 9 and in both of them when i resize a picture to make it smaller the pictures are all messed up like pixilated and are not clear!

its really annoying! i hope someone can help as the only way i can think of sorting it is uninstalling them and the reinstaleing them!
