The photos are amazing, the clothes stylish and stunning. You should be incredibly proud of Lyssie, Lin :) I know all of us are extremely proud and thrilled to see just how well her new venture has taken off. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - She has got oodles of flair!!

Just have seen those photos ..
I am as a shopogolic I would buy some cloths from your stuff :) (lol..who really knows me know what I mean, I love cloths and all things :D ).... I think that's ingredible that Alyssa has a lot of different ideas and she embodies them in new desigh cloths....That's really great when person realize herself in different categories..I mean that Alyssa not only great actress, she is also great singer and now she is also great designer :) ..Yup she is really great!..
Go for it Alyssa!!..We will always support u..whatever u'll do ;)

P.S. I felt in love with writtening "TOUCH, by Alyssa Milano" :D

I really hope i can buy them and it is a celebrity clothes line that I would actually want to buy. Excellent!!!

Well another feather in her cap...
You must be bustin' as the proud mama and she must be ecstatic that the line is going over so well.
Sure wish I had been in L.V. to see the debut.:)

The name Touch is perfect... and like the others have already said... the designs are really very cute, functional, dressy and can be worn by women of different sizes and ages.

In a different thread i wrote this...
You know I understand this has just started and that with anything ..."things take time" but if this new line works I can really see it taking off to the other sports markets.
Some members are nascar fans... others are basketball and football and still others (particularly in Europe) are soccer fans.
Can you even imagine the size of the market if Alyssa teamed up with these other big time sports.
(Oh and lets not forget bowling and curling too:p )
The possibilities are endless Alyssa!!!.
Go forth and conquer...

I think these clothes are great, perfect for people my size, but unfortunately the clothes probably won't be available in the saint louis area when it comes out in the spring of '07'. But I would love to wear them anyway.

Alyssa has such style I think she should start her very own clothing line. She has influenced a lot of young girls and women and has a look that is classic and sophisiticated. I know how important her work is with UNICEF and helping others around the world..being their voice, which goes to show that she is just as beautiful inside as she is on the outside. If she did decide to do a basic clothing line she could arrange it so that some of the profits could go towards helping those in need. I just see all these other celebs starting their own clothing line, shoe line..etc. and they are in it for the $ and they are neither appealing to the eye or to the wallet.

Well some people think that customers are fashion professionals b/c they are the ones ultimately buying the product. If enough people are willing to buy something ... it will be made...
There have been many a movie critic who have hated movies but the movies did well at the box office...
There have been many a tv show that should have been canceled but the fans liked them so they stayed on.
I think Friends was a show that the critics didn't like at first.

What i am saying...
Although a good question I am not sure it matters...
Also, Safesearching is predominiately a fan website...
I'm not sure how many fashion criitcs are members.

Vick, that's true. If thepeople love it who are we to say otherwise?

But isn't it a bit like: when your teammate plays on nike's, you also want them? For example when Jordan had his shoeline. It was only selling because everybody knew him and wanted to play on "his" shoes.
Yes I think that is probably exactly what happens... and ultimately if the shoes don't wear well tho, then they won't have staying power.
In this case, Alyssa's fan base is what will bring the initial revenue.
And if marketing and advertizing do their jobs right then the clothes should sell themselves.
I mean think about it... The size of the market is unbelievable... The concept is simple yet utterly genius. The word just has to get out...
Hopefully we can all be apart of getting that message out.:)

You can go to your User CP, which is in the blue menu bar on top of the screen. From the drop down list that appears, choose Edit Options and scroll down about halfway to the Thread Display Options area and check off these three boxes:

Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)

Then click on Save Changes and you should be able to view all images. :) Any questions or problems, just let any moderator know.
