Alyssa's chat is set to be on October 6th, shortly before the chat, you can go to this link, www.safesearching.com/chat, and, from there, all you'll have to do is enter your Safesearching username and you can log into the chat room.
For time conversions to see what time the chat will be in your area, I'd recommend checking out a time zone conversion site such as, http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc.
