I do want credit for this as i made it up =D so please post to this is if you have definitely have tried this

and its pretty simple, i do hope it works ok in photoshop


show me what you get

follow these simple steps

First sharpen your base and smooth the skin abit

then paste this over it

and set that to Exclusion 100

then make a new layer to flood fill it with this #ffffff (white)

so paint shop its layer>> new raster layer and photoshop layer>> new layer

set that to softlight 100

then merge the layers flatten

then duplicate it and set it on layer burn

after that brighten it abit so in paint shop Adjust>> brightness and contrast >> brightness/contrast set that to how you want it, but not to bright.
