i don't know if growing up you wanted to become a famous actress, but if so- is it everything you could imagine?
Secondly, whats it like being famous? i mean i read in so many interviews where actors/actresses are like " no it's not really that glamorous, there's no privacy, my life is under the microscope 24/7". But to like me it seems it IS glamorous, with the beautiful dresses and the lovely heels ( i'm crazy about heels right now!! i cud buy 10000000000 pairs) , the fancy events and parties and stuff. On top of that, its a good paying job, while doing something the majority really really enjoy.i mean the chances of becoming famous for something are like 1 in 1000000000000000000000 you know ( haha of course im NOT overexaggerating  )? So whats it like for you? Would you go back and not do something in regard to your career?
i've always wondered about this, because you know i think everyone wouldnt mind being famous and doing something they love, but loads of people put themselves down because they follow do the whole " right place, right time" motto, and being lucky and that. Personally, i like acting but humanitarian work is my passion, but i dunno this has been something i have always thought bout....
well whenver you have time Lin, try to answer these questions. If you don't want it, i will understand
hope everything is well
take care peace-light-love

Hi Erika!
Once again, I justs found your question today! I always "loved acting"...in the beginning, it was all plays. But to be honest, I never thought about "being a famous actress", I just hoped to be in play and play after play! I always participated in all the school plays I could, but was an art history major in college, and it wasn't until I finished 4 years of college, that I thought about being a "professional actress." At that time I enrolled in 3 years of a drama school in New York, at Columbia University, and then studied in New York with a fabulous actress/teacher named Uta Hagan. For there, being in New York, I began pursuing acting "professionally."
I think having a passion for anything is a gift, and for some reason acting has always been my passion, the thing I love the most. I still don't feel "famous" ... I just feel lucky to get the parts I have gotten, and my goal is to work for the rest of my life in acting, with other talent I respect and with directors who are creative and in projects that have "resonance." I want to be the "oldest living working actess in Hollywood!" And I will just keep doing my best when I have the opportunity, and hope that provides more opportuities!
It is not always galmorous, that is for sure, but there are "glamorous parts" to it....and it is fun to "dress up" and to be asked about your opinion on things. I learn alot about myself through answering those questions....even here on safesearching! Humanitarian work is SOOOOO wonderful, and "my hat is off to you" for having that as your passion. We all "make the world go round!" Thanks for asking! ;) Lin

Hii jErika...if acting is your passion too, that means you are doubly luck and have 2 passions! Life offers all kinds of surprises when we follow our dreams and our heart! Keep up all the "good work!" Lin:D
