OK so I've started eating nutrisystem (for the last 5 days) and ive lost 6 lbs! WOO HOO! Anyone have any weight loss tips/secrets on how to lose weight in a healthy way? Opinions? Suggestions?

I can eat whatever, but I can never put on the weight, so I have a different problem. Any tips on how to put it on?
The best way how to put off the weight is no time to eat, busy life, days full of activities, get involved in all and unfortunatelly, nerve wrecking situations.
But seriously, I eat at least six times a day and I always eat a little. I cannot eat much at once, because I would faint. I think it is good way...

My weight goe's up and down.. I work as a housekeeper cleaning 30 room's a day. I never grew up on the stage like alot of my lucky friends here. How-ever I do think of moving on.. Dancing or something. I'm a active person.. :D

SPIN SPIN SPIN.....
I lost 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months by doing a spinning class 4 times a week.. Also drink tons of water!!

Hello there.
The only tip I can give is to exercise more.I dance 3 times a week and I still run, play a little bit of some sports, walk and mainly dance. I think dance makes you relax, here the music and exercise at the same time. I know it's hard if you don't know how to do this or that and you feel you should give up.However that's not what you should do. You should try your best, don't give up...never!
Also I believe it's not a good idea to give up chocolate completly, you should control the quantaties of it, such as candies, sugar stuff and all big cakes with cream...Just eat them more rarely 'cause they are horrible also for diabeties. You can eat an apple when you want really bad a chocolate.Even if you want two apples. It's way better than chocolate. Imagine that you're eating a chocolat when your eating an apple. Sometimes you want really really bad a chocolate. So, eat just a little or else you'll be thinking about that all day...You'll get used to that.I'm sure...
Oh!!:rolleyes: And when you do sports or exercise of some kind you could try a great thing..You can see results quick...There is one type of plastic (the one you use to protect food) that if you put that on your belly (or the place you where want to loose weight) it will make you sweat a lot more and, therefore, loose more what and that also makes your skin really smooth. I've tested it.It's great, trust me.:D
loool I was all my life thin but when I'm just this way.Please do not feel pressured in any way to loose weight just because you see this or that person who's thinny and skinny. But I'm sure that if you want to loose it is 'cause you want to feel better about yourself-----GOOD LUCK!!----

3 months ago I started to eat vegeterian. For many different reasons. Now I lost 30 pounds. Of course I don't eat a lot of candy, but sometimes I eat a lot of nuts. I try to sport as often as I can. But I am chronic sick and sports give me often a lot more of pain. So I can't do that to much.

um well this all sounds like good advice.. and i havent been on a diet before, but i always hear peple saying balance the excersise with the diet.. apparently one doesnt work as well on its own. And drink lots of water.. Just eat sensibly really.
But like people have said dont feel pressured to look like the skinny people portrayed in the media.. theres a lot of airbrushing, and some of the people probably arent even healthy. Just do enough to feel comfortable with yourself, and remember size doesnt matter, its whats inside that counts
