Ummm I don't watch much tv but I'll name most of the shows I watch,

Dark Angel
Buffy/Angel
Nip/Tuck
Prison Break
Malcolm in the Middle

As for films, maybe Bad Boys 2, Bridget Jones, Garfield! Lol :D the Saw films and In her Shoes
