Thanks for sharing! Ali always has such a fun presence. They do bring up an interesting point. I'd be interested in how many contestants have kept the wait off. I hope all of them of course but with weight loss the statistics are against you in keeping it off. Of course, most people who put it back on are on crash diets, pills, etc. I think, as Ali pointed out, they are educated with what food to eat and how to excercise and that will help them to maintain healthy lifestyles.
