threads disappear around here...

When I post at the end of threads, they end up disappearing! /images/graemlins/crazy.gif so here:

Ali, please tell me, how was it shooting the Hattie scenes? I watched the clips from Trix, and I have to say, they are HILARIOUS! Drake and K2 looked like they were having a hard time trying not to laugh. And was that you I heard cracking up in the background as Hattie is digging the donuts [how funny was that?]?? - Linn

You're so right! Dee was hilarious in those scenes. We were all cracking up during the rehearsals, but I didn't see anyone laughing at tape - maybe you caught us! I haven't had a chance to watch the air shows yet, I Tivo-ed them, so I'll watch 'em tonight and check for any snickers.
I can't wait to see "Phillip's" reaction. Bryan and I were teasing K2 about being in the background of all of Deidre's shots. Rashaan, (Tek or "Tek-Money" as we call him because he's so smooth ) always has those behind-the-shoulder shots, and he always gives the best looks. Especially in scenes with Dee and Drake. ... so we were saying Kyle had 'big shoes to fill' in those camera angles.

Today is another big day on set! There are so many cast members in each scene, it's going to take forever!!!!!

Oops - they just called me on set. gotta run!

I think I got the biggest laugh from Bo and Bart. Bo all straight faced and serious and Bart being the loveable goof he is...and Bo whacking Bart with the paper..lol

Sorry for all the bumpin' and all [daym, Hattie's dropping of that g is affecting me], but I really wanted that Q answered, because I haven't laughed that hard in a LONG time [probarly since Cape Cod, summer of '03] and so I wanted your take on it!

And you're right, Tek/Rashaan is seriously fabulous! Did you check out your TiVo for the Marlena/Tek scene at the penthouse, where Tek called Marlena on the carpet for what she'd done? I was yelling; "KISS HIM DAMMIT!" He's a total hottie, and a darn good actor. I wanted MarKiller to lay one on him.

I thought I saw you laughing as Sami was crying in Lucas' arms, I saw you lean back and look at Deidre, then back. Just two seconds, but it was so darn funny. And you sounded like you giggled a little.

They panned the camera on Drake and he was trying to keep from laughing. That was as Hattie was doing her Marlena speech [btw, how brilliant is Steve Blackwood? Is he better watching in person?]. Hattie and Bart need to come back permanently and hook up darnit!

Anyway, before this turns into another novel, thank you Ali for answering. You rock! But you know that. I'll actually use a quote by the lady we've been discussing and say; "I adore Ali!"

Hi Ali-Usually, when I post on a thread, people just go on to a new thread. Diedre was incredible playing Hattie. We don't see enough of Bart. And Ali-you continue to be the best.

That is really cool thanks Ali. I laughed when Hattie kept eating those donuts then choked on one. I noticed Philip in the background too. IDA, they can't just dress up someone and it'll be a hoot. It wasen't just Hattie's outfit, it was the whole package. From Deidre's moves in the background, to the lines, to the way Hattie would roll her eyes etc.
