You need to have a good image manipulation program, I highly recommend Adobe Photoshop as it's so accessible due to the TONS of tutorials out there for it.

Theres also a free similar program called GIMP, and someone wrote a tutorial on this site to help you learn the basics, but photoshop will have more brushes available for download (something you will just NEED a little later!).

I delete my Jason banner it wasnt showing i notice too that there is a few banners i can't see i mean a few members banners maybe there is problem. I delete my second banner i had :o
