oh dear, oh dear! i remember when i went on the mx site and chatted, and was greeted with disbelief and doubt, and never imagined it would happen here, on my site of all places! /images/graemlins/blush.gif well, to all who are still in doubt, rest assured it is me. i wrote in last week with information that i received,from a fireworks producer, a friend of each one of us , and that was, that the show was cancelled. i chose to share this info before an official release because i was being asked about a 4th season, and thought all should know. when we do interviews, we do them months before they are published and so this was prob the case with john. as for when they will officially say the show isnt coming back... ??? /images/graemlins/crazy.gif until then, know that i have no interest in stating things that arent true... why would i ? /images/graemlins/shocked.gif xoxox k

I didn't have a doubt in my mind, K. I guess some people just don't want to accept the truth and choose to blame something that they aren't sure about. I told my Youth pastor that they were cancelling Mutant X, and after a few pauses (and some funny looks) he told me that God might have a plan for the cast and crew for Mutant X and that I shouldn't be so sad. So, hey! Guess what, I'm not. I'm happy that Mutant X has given me a couple of years of entertainment ... *cough cough* but I wouldn't be heartbroken if SciFi picked it back up /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I told my friends I talked to the actress who plays Lexa on Mutant X and they totally don't believe it, but I was like "no-no, it's her, I swear!" It's pretty funny because they think I'm a little crazy, or pretty well connected, or in the mafia. But I'm against concealed weapons! I swear!

I think the disbelief by some of the newer posters is due more to a refusal to believe that MX is not coming back than anything else. Loyalty to the show and the character you portray is prompting some to doubt. No one wants to see it end. Maybe the Sci Fi channel will see fit to pick it up??

The time and effort that you've put into Mutant X is greatly appreciated. Your work stands out and has helped to make this 3rd season, in the opinion of many fans, the show's best season. Mutant X is going out on a high-note.

See now I could maybe see the producers play a stunt like that, but never Karen. The producers could do something like that to try to up their ratings. They figure if they panic us then we'll watch more. But Karen is too sweet. She would never lie to us or force us to believe false information. I trust her completely.

She fully knows what will happen to her character and has been informed by TPTB that there will be no season four. Like it or not that is the way that it is.

From speaking with TPTB, I can tell you this: Mutant X and Andromeda have not been written off; Tribune very much wants to produce another season (meaning S4 and S5, respectively) of both shows.

Beyond that, I really don't know many details. Bottom line: You, the viewers, want the shows to come back. Tribune is trying very hard to make sure that happens, I assure you.

Don't take your anger and fustration out on her. Sign petitions, write letters to Tribune, but don't shoot the messanger. Karen did a nice thing by forewarning us before the official cancelation. Now maybe we can change that. Do something constructive, not destructive.

I know right. Why would SS allow people to impersonate the actors/actresses on here? That's the best part about SS. That they actually come on here and post with their fans. I understand why people may have their doubts. It's the internet, not everyone is what they say they are. But on here...come on people. That would be just plain cruel to give us false hope like that. I never had a doubt in my mind if it was truly her or not. The first time I saw her post I knew it was her and I still do. If those people like to have that doubt and dissapoint themselves then I say go for it. The rest of us will all believe in her.
