Such a good day!! :D

Hey everyone!! How are you? Today has been such a brilliant day!! It has been my last Friday at school, we only have to come in now for our exams now. Today in my home economics class we had a 'tea party' it was so much fun, there is only girls in this class and the teacher made us all tea and she even made scones and everything for us. It was so nice, and at the end of class she gives out cards to each of us wishing good luck in our exams and also put in 2 prayers in it. We all thought it was so sweet because no other teacher ever does that. Later on that day after break I had a careers meeting, at the start I really did not want to go because none of friends where going. But it turned out really good although I knew most of the things the careers advisor was talking about I also learnt other things as well, and she give me a lot of ease of mind as I have been kind of worrying about the university I will be going to and if they will allow me to take medicine as a course, I know it is a bit early since I am not going for another 2 years but I was kind of worrying that I would not be accepted because of my condition, but the careers advisor really eased my worries a lot, so I was really happy after that. And then in Biology my teacher give us out ice lollies, sweets (candy) and juice and we just sat listening to music it was so much fun. ... Oh and my school never lets us do these things the only reason we are getting it is because we are getting into the count down of our last ever classes, and some of my classmates are not coming back to my school next year. To top the day of it is so so so warm!! It is not natural especially for Ireland, I love the weather so much, but it is distracting me from studying so much!! But it gives rain for tomorrow so... I don't know if that is a good thing or not!

The weather here in Los Angeles has been warm and almost summer-like, and the days are busy and happy with auditions, some wonderful jobs coming my way, and good health for all around me. Thanks Lin :) I am so glad you are having a wonderful day too, and I hope all the wonderful jobs coming your way means we get to see you in another wonderful movie :D I am glad that your health is doing good, I am doing very well too, I has a hospital appointment the other day for physiotherpy they are still trying to figure out what is 'wrong' with me :p (they are just confused about how well I am doing) Today I did my Alyssa presentation in irish as well as a conversation in irish , I was really nervous but as I got into I relaxed alot, I am really pleased because my teacher said that it was one of the best irish speaking tests he had seen all day :D

Hi Kerri-Marie...This may be a silly question, but when you speak "in Irish" does that mean you are speaking "Galic" (sp?!) I would LOVE to hear you speak in "your native tongue" as it is so beautiful!
My son,his Dad and I spent
a summer on horseback on the Connmera Trail almost 10 years ago. We were out for 7 days and nights
riding from one bed and breakfast to another. It was one of the most spectacular trips I have ever taken! I rode a beautiful warmblood named "Clever" and indeed, "clever" he was! He led us all (there were 12 of us) over a raging little river, swollen from the rains. All
the other horses were too frightened to go, but MY Clever knew JUST THE RIGHT PLACE TO cross,carefully placing his big, beautiful feet, scampering across, with the other 11 closely
behind. You can imagine the cheer that went up for this courageous, smart horse! And I felt like the hero of the day, when really it was him! Ireland is one of the most wonderful countries in the world. I hope to come back some day soon!

Lin, no that is not a silly question at all, I am actually really surprised that you know that Gaeilge (Gaelic) is Irish because for example if I ever say I had a Gaeilge exam no one knows what I mean, so I always just tranlsate it to the english so everyone can understand :) And most people don't even think that in Ireland we have our own language it is just the accents we speak english in. I agree with you, I think that Irish is a very beautiful language, but hardly anyone speaks it anymore, I am the only one in my family who speaks it which can be very funny since my parents don't know what I am saying :p but i speak in gaeilge to my friends alot. Aww wow you went on the Connemara Trail, that is so cool!! I have never been on it myself, although I have heard alot about it, and I have been to Lougrea in Galway lots of times as it is only a couple of hours away from where I live. The scenery is very beautiful there. Hehe what a 'Clever' horse :p

Ba maith liom tiocfaidh tú go hÉirinn (I would like you to come to Ireland) :D If you ever decide to come to Ireland again, there is always room here :p Although you can't hear me, at least you can see some of the Gaeilge language. I don't think anyone would be able to keep up with me and friends speaking Gaeilge we speak it really fast!!

Maybe that is the one you mean? ON THE LOT begins May 22 on Fox network. I don't know if I will be in the first few episodes or not...but I will keep you posted. Have a day full of sweetness....goodies to eat, as well as fun with your friends and hubby!
