The wedding was beautiful seeing the pictures and hearing the song. I wonder if Kate or EJ posted the picture of Sami and EJ together on the slide. It was really nice of Sami to let Kate go to the reception, even though Kate still doesn't like Sami. I guess tomorrow Kate and EJ will have wedding cake on them.

I'm still a little stunned that it has happened. The wedding was absolutely perfect! Such a fitting tribute to the most unconventional supercouple that has ever existed.

And that montage, I can't even begin to describe how rewarding it was for us longtime Lumi fans to see HOPSCOTCH (thanks Ali!), Spring Fling, Winterfest, TPL and of course those wonderful 2003/2004 moments.

so glad the Hopscotch et al was enjoyed by the Lumi-dom. You all are such fantastic fans! I get a lot of 'street cred' around set because I know my Days history, but honestly, I only know that stuff thanks to you all!! So thanks for making me look good! ;)

The ice-skating flashback was a complete surprise to me though, I have NO recollection of those scenes. lol.

Well maybe they checked my site, because Britt in South Africa dug out the Winterfest for me last year when I had her hunting through her tapes for hopscotch.

I vaguely remember those scenes airing, but to be honest, they aired the week I spent attending the Canadian Figure Skating Championships in Edmonton and I was far more into the Kurt vs. Elvis (there's that name again grrr) battle than soaps that week.

Ali, the whole week has been tremendous and a joy to watch. You and Bryan are amazing! As much as I love hopscotch, the Spring Fling always gets to me. You guys were so young and cute!

I was telling people that watching the Lumi wedding actually happen was much like watching my beloved Red Sox come back from 3-0 down to the Yankees and go on to win the World Series. Awesomely surreal!

You and Bryan both did a superb job this week and at the moment we're trying to convince Norma's boss that she's got the plague and left her water running so we can see tomorrows show ;)

I didn't remember the Winterfest episode until you posted it either, Norma! Does that mean we're getting old?
