so glad you liked it! Putting together a 2 minute movie is beyond a challange. I only wish it could have been a 5 minute movie! There was other funny stuff...but so it goes. Next week will be a 2 minute horror film. The director is Andrew. WE WILL SEE!!!!! It's just me and....um....I won't spoil it!

Thank you so much, it worked!! :) That was an absolute scream and it must have been so much fun to make, loved it :D
All I can say is... Oh my GOSH, that was FANTASTIC :D You played the part of the 'Mom' so well - I really connected with that little movie more than the others; it was real, it was engaging (Lin especially.. you draw in the audience and leave them wanting more!), and it was laugh out loud funny. I can honestly say I've never laughed more in 2 minutes - your comedic timing was brilliant, and the ending was a hoot :D
Great job to everyone involved! WOW :p

THANKS YOU GUYS! I'M REALLY LOVING THIS! YESTERDAY WE "WRAPPED" ANOTHER ONE CALLED LATE NIGHT SNACK!! It's a 2-minute horror/comedy. You will LOVE it! It will be aired same time, same station, Tuesday at 8pm on Fox. If you can't get it on the tube, go to the website like you did, www.thelot.com and it will be there! WHO KNOW'S WHAT'S NEXT?? The "log line" for next week is "TWO WORLDS COLLIDE." Each director has to write a 2-minute script with that as the theme. I haven't seen the script yet, but I will be working with 2 other actors I really like, and a wonderful director!

With the one on this Tuesday, from the title I have this picture in my mind of Dracula or a vampire going to a local 7/11 to get a pint of blood & there is none there except you as the clerk.
You try despartely to keep him from biting you as his late night snack. I'll be curious to see how wrong I am. I'm also thinking about Two Worlds Collide - it could mean many things.

I think Noooker is on to something though
Vampire hitting a late night 7/11.
Only I think you are hard of hearing and won't give the vp what he wants.
Anyways,
With next weeks logline of 2 worlds collide I'd like to see someone do senior citizens meeting up with some cocky school kids and whooping their asses.:D
You know kids pulling out knives and seniors pulling out their handbags, walkers and canes
Sounds absolutely wonderful, Lin :) You are obviously enjoying the challenge and the excitement of filming a 2 minute movie :D I cannot wait to view the next one!!!!

OK Nooker and Vickizzzle..I wish I could make your suggestions! They are GREAT!...
There is "drama" of course, surrounding the drama. I think last night's are already posted on the website. The "guest judge" was...ummmm....hmmmm.....how can I say.....well, I really CAN'T say, or I may never work in this town again. Had some wonderful comments, and then, umm.....let's see.....um oh wellllll, never mind." And our film played a temp music score instead of the one the director had put together. He was pretty upset, but I think everything played ok anyway. Let's just hope "America" (whatever that means) votes for him. Yes, this is very cool, and it's so sweet the respect and joy I get from all the people I am coming in contact with. It's truly food for the soul...I will be starting another film next week, on my "off" days, if we can work out the details. It's called SMALL TOWN SATURDAY NIGHT, and is a really interesting script, and a nice and different role for me. I will keep you posted!

Just had a brain explosion, Lin. An idea for the piccie:D
"Small Town, Saturday Night"....create a scale model of an "average" American town and then film yourself and the other actors at 2 different scales....one normal size, with normal voices etc, and the other in miniature with "chipmunk" squeeky voices etc. When you want to appear small, you have the silly voices and then when they pan down into the town, they have you at normal size and with normal voice. When you're in small size, you can have people moving about in silly ways i.e. like South Park or The Goodies (if you've ever seen that show), and when it's in normal mode, it's just filmed as it would be.
Great idea, hey:p:p:D
Oz, you need to think of a career change :) You'd be the master at this :D
