Thank you so much Feles .. too sweet!! :D
well, as I'm the lazy (and crazy LOL) type I'm doing the copy&past thingy now ..

Hey Karen, hope you are doing fine! what I’ld like to know is ..

1) Which was the most difficult role or scene for you to play so far ?
2) And why ?

3) Who is your favorite director ?
4) Can you describe what makes directors different ? (the filming style ? have no clue)

5) What are the most important things for you to accept a role or a script ?

6) Are you reading reviews and what do you think about them ?

7) Was there ever a tongue-twister you started laughing about histerically bec. it was ‘a bit’ hard to handle ? (sorry, couldn’t resist, haha)

thanks a lot, as always Karen
and before you ask .. take your time, don't worry, be happy ;)
if you answer 1 or 2 (whenever) that would be lovely

OK guys! I am finally going to answer some questions!:D

1/2) I find emotional / crying scenes the most challenging.... primarily because it is hard to fake it well! So when you do them , you really have to mean it, and it can be exhausting and even sad when you have to find that place inside you that brings up those feelings. And with the characters I usually play, they are very strong and don't like to be vulnerable , so to find a way to cry and remain in character and control the tears just enough, is as fun as it is challenging!

3/4) I love directors who work with actors and respect our craft, and our opinions. So when a director can come and do an episode and have his vision but is also willing to respect your vision as well, then that is the perfect match. I also hate doing too many takes!!! I love about 3 each shot. I love to capture my instincts on the first couple takes. One of our favs on this show was TJ SCOTT, he was so cool, so stylish, fun and always listened to our input. All the directors on Flash Gordon have been great. We are very lucky!

5) It really is a combination of things. The character, the writing, the story ideally should all be great, but if I had to pick one, it would be the character. I want to go to work and enjoy being that girl ! So I have to love being her and that's when I do my best, because I am interested and enthusiastic.

6) Of course no one likes to read terrible things about them especially when they are superficial or personal attacks. Honestly, you just have to stay away from them. Professional comments are received better because there may be something to learn there, but anyone making comments on your appearance you have to just let it go!!

7) oh yes!!! There have actually been so many on this show!I had to really concentrate ( and still do ) to speak the way Baylin does..... she is very robotic in the way she speaks and doesn't use any human slang, or abbreviate words, etc., so to hold myself back from saying "um, can't won't, you know, gonna ,etc" was very hard and I messed up quite a few times at the start!!!

hope thats good for you! lots of luv, k.
