What is the weirdest thing your pet has ever done? I have two black cats about a year old now who loves water, Thunder and Lightening. Cats aren't suppose to like water, especially my tabby cat Toby he would drink but not go in it. One of the black cats Thunder who follows me around is fascinate with water. Anytime I turn on the faucet to wash my hands in the bathroom thunder runs in the bathroom and stare at the tub. Waiting for something to happen. Another one is when toby my oldest cat looks out the window. He will start making little meow sounds and I believe he is talking to the birds, lol:D.

Well I don't know if this is exactly a weird thing, but it was definitely surprising! My doggy really wanted me to play with her but I just couldn't...I had a whole bunch of people coming over and I had to cook the meal and I was running out of time. So she kept jumping around in the kitchen behind me insisting that I play with her. I ignored her and went about making my salad; she insisted, and I told her I couldn't. So that quieted her for a minute, then while I was standing against the counter chopping vegetables I felt her ball hit me in the back! I turned around and I swear she was laughing at me :D I figured out later how that happened because after that day she started "throwing" her ball at me all the time...she had figured out how to get her nose under her ball and give it a jerk so that it would get enough lift to go flying through the air just like someone was throwing it :D :D
She was so cute!! Of course I had to put my vegetables down for two minutes and play with her a little! How could I resist?

I had a gray tomcat, Spunky. He was weaned too early & would always nurse on my ear lobe. Man that felt funny. He never bit me or pulled my earring out but just nursed.

Wow!! That dog up there that I was talking about in the post above yours was named Spunky. No kidding. Same dog I posted about with that great story you wrote in the Imagination Station forum. Such an unusual name, I'm surprised!! :D :D

That is wild. We have a cat now that my husband named Spunker but most of the time it gets shortened to punker or monkey.

Okay, this is very weird. Well, one of my cats like to lick my hair. :o  It's kind of gross when I think about it but he is a strange cat! :D Anyways, that's not even the funny part. This cat will only do this when I'm asleep. I tested it a few times. If I'm laying in bed, he'll come on the bed and lay down next to me, about half way between the top and bottom of the bed. He'll look directly at me. If I close my eyes for a few minutes and pretend to be asleep, he won't move an inch. But, as soon as I actually fall asleep, he's above my head on the pillow and tries to lick my hair. LOL, it's the strangest thing. He can really sense when I'm asleep and then he'll do this. He stops usually after I wake back up and tell him to stop and he'll get off the bed and go downstairs. I guess he does it out of habit, I have no idea! :D

Rye we've had cats do that too, but only to my husband, not me. Steve called it the cat car wash.
