hi everyone! phew, /images/graemlins/tongue.gif , you would think of all the times i have moved in my life i would have this unpacking thing down pat... well, this is a bigger place than i am used to , so it is taking more time, but it is wonderful to build a life with someone you love isnt it?? /images/graemlins/wink.gif
i see you have been busy with more questions, and so here are some answers for ya! funny, when i was young.. ( which isnt that long ago, ahem ahem! /images/graemlins/grin.gif people used to say my name sounded like a name someone would change to when they would be famous.... with an accent on the last E. and i kept thinking... wow, if i had a choice, i would have chosen a much more common name . cuz you have no idea how often people pronounce my name with an accent, or other strange variations! so, yes, karen cliche is my real name! my family comes from a small village in quebec called Lac Megantic, in the beautiful eastern townships. the only reason my sister and i speak english is that being army brats, we moved to only english speaking places from the age of 4 when we moved from Sept Iles. i learnt english on a tiny army base 3 hours away from Winnipeg,Manitoba, and from there to Virginia Beach, then Ottawa, then Germany ( where i did learn a little german), and then to many, many homes in and around montreal, where i got to re connect with my french peeps! /images/graemlins/laugh.gif about victor and i, well, i guess we did something right in convincing you that we have .... hmmm, animosity? we are actually good friends, and always were! the hardest though was being a little catty with vicky - cuz we are just mad about each other and laughed so hard all the time! we have all remained in touch, and miss those hilarious days on set. i have now rambled on so much about myself, i forgot any other questions you may have had, forgive me! well, back to the house, welcome to new members, and much love to the rest of you , xo k

Hey Karen,
Having a dad in the RCMP has also taught me to love the joys, of packing, moving and then, the best part unpacking. Although tiring, there is nothing like taking out your stuff, and finding a new place for it. Especially if you have someone else to help with the heavy lifting! Well good luck unpacking, and I hope you enjoy your new home.

Karen-
I've moved a lot, but that's just because my family can't sit still for too long, /images/graemlins/grin.gif I hope that unpacking isn't too much of a struggle and I'm glad you've found someone special too. Hi Karen. Good luck with the new house. Yes, building a new life with someone you love is often a great adventure. Moving from palce to place was a common occurence in my own younger years. Making a fresh start had it's good points. The relationships between the characters were always convincing in season three of Mutant X. With the addition of Lexa they actually became more defined. Where do you think Lexa and Jesse, Shalimar and Brennan would have gone relationship-wise?? I'm glad to hear that you are all staying in touch. It'd be great if you could all appear togeather someday in a future project.

Post you later,
Steve

Bonjour Karen,
un petit coup de main pour le demenagement? /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I'm 27 but already moved 5 times (as a young adult) what a lot of **** we gather! Each time i was unsure of an item, I was thinking, well will I need that thing in 10 years? I'd thrown/gave a lot of things that way.
Good luck with your moving. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif
Will watch Angel tonight, I love sci fi shows! /images/graemlins/wink.gif
take care
