i totally think that rupart should have won and i totally agree that this was the best survivor in a while but please the engagement was soooooo lame! in y opinion survivor is getting a little tired...reality shows are getting a little tired...i mean i like some of them AMAZING RACE AMAZING RACE, but some are just **** SWAN SWAN! im ready the reality shows to start fading out.

and i just have to say that i just got back from the gym and why is it my batteries always go out of my walkman right in the middle of my workout?

I most certainly voted for Rupert too! He deserves the million. I agree with all your comments about Survivor btw too. Except Jerry. I thought she played ok in THIS game but guess not good enough LOL Shii Ann was ok in my book but I guess she could be a little annoying sometimes LOL You brought up a good point about ex I never seen it that way before but your right. It was hard for me to choose between Kathy and Rupert but I figured Rupert deserved it a little more because he worked very hard for it, got further along in the game and he has a very small child that will really benefit. All of Kathys kids are older. Besides who can't love Rupert? He's such a teddy bear! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks for sharing Ali. Enjoyed reading your take but didn't see it either! Instead, someone had sent us a tape of your appearance on the "Weakest Link", and we watched that. We were shocked when you managed to pulled that off in the end! Jim Reynolds was so good...he should go on Jeopardy. I haven't watched Survivor since season 2. And can I just say how much I hated Jerri then? My favorite from that season was Elisabeth. Colby was really hot, Tina got on my nerves and then there was that sweet old farmer guy who couldn't swim. Oh and then there was that Alicia girl with the attitude - there was an article about her in US Weekly last week. I tried to watch season 3, but it wasn't as good.

Friends is my show and I wouldn't watch anything else on Thursdays. I never miss my "Must See TV". And now my Thursday night line up is over. Friends is over and Will and Grace won't be on for 4 months.

I have to admit that I don't really like Reality TV. After Survivor, "Reality TV" was just overdone. The only semi reality shows I like are the decorating shows on Style Network, TLC, and Lifetime, Style Network, and "What Not to Wear" on TLC. "What Not to Wear" has to be the best make over show ever.

I stopped watching Survivor for awhile, but got 100% hooked on this season. I loved every minute of it. I even was starting to think Lex was hot until he came back as jury at Tribal Council and looked completely scary with his mohawk. I already voted for who I think should win the other million. I'll admit, I voted 3 times. I voted once for Boston Rob (I really think he outwitted, outplayed and outsmarted everyone else), BUT I placed my other two votes for Rupert. I LOVED him, and if I were ever to be on Survivor (fat chance), I'd want someone like him to be my alliance.

And onto Boston Rob and Amber.....HOW CUTE!!!!! I usually think those types of things are totally cheesy, but for some reason I totally loved the two of them. Do you think Amber looked like Christie Brinkley last night with makeup on? My husband thought so. I'm happy for them and hope that this lasts for them. What an added bonus to the whole experience!!!!! <font color="purple"> </font> /images/graemlins/wink.gif

ok All star season hooked me... I mean to tell you,I was truly entertained... (thank you jerri..snort! I did laugh at your pain too, moron) and don't get me started with Alicia..What was she smoking??
I voted for shii devil cause I just love the fact that the chic called it like it was... and I have to respect that. Rupert cracked me up.. My heart broke with Jenna ( and thats huge cause i hated jenna first season she was on... snobby beyotch) Then I learned about her mom during the season.. amazing that kinda connection... so glad her and ethan hooked up too....

anywho thats my 3 cents worth..

Ali, you are definitely right when you say this was the best season of Survivor. I was telling my roommate last night that I have NO IDEA how they are going to follow this season... how can they? This season had everything... drama, romance, back-stabbing... it was just SO GOOD to watch. I can't wait for the "More with the All-Stars" thing on Thursday to hear more about it all!!!

Personally, I wanted Boston Rob to win. I think that although he was a royal a$$, he played the best game and deserved to win. The only reason Rupert got to the final four was that Rob let him get that far. He didn't get rid of Rob and/or Amber when he had the chance. I was a huge fan of Rupert on Pearl Islands and I still adore him, but I don't think he deserved to win this time around. I voted for Rob to win the second million. I compare this to American Idol last season... Rupert is Ruben and Rob is Clay. I LOVED Clay (still do) and wanted him to win SO badly, but I knew Ruben was going to get it. I would be shocked if Rupert did not win the second million.

As for the first million, I can see why people voted for Amber, but man was she lucky everyone was pissed at Rob. Because based on their answers to questions at Tribal Council, Rob definitely beat her. Everything she said was total BS and he really did seem to be honest and remorseful. Except for the answer about the charities... somehow I really doubt that either of them really told the truth on that one.

And that proposal was the most adorable thing I've ever seen on Survivor!!! I actually got a little teary watching it. They are so cute and I really hope everything works out for them.

He was clearly upset by Lex’s outburst. And he handled the whole thing the best he could. He certainly would have had my vote over Amber.

Very well said Ali!I agree completely with all you said and I haven't left the site yet to stop voting for Rupert /images/graemlins/grin.gif Just incase they track ip's and you can only vote once..I even went to the library and voted on all 20 computers not to mention making all my family vote to /images/graemlins/wink.gif
