Alyssa on My Name Is Earl

I watched last week and she wasn't on. Something tells me she is on this week, though. Does anyone know for sure??

Alyssa appears in the 13th episode of the season, which originally was scheduled to air this coming Thursday, December 13th. However, after just checking NBC's scheduling changes released on Friday, they appear to have pulled that episode without rescheduling it.

That's quite odd as I believe the episode, entitled "Bad Earl" is a Christmas themed episode. :confused:

So, I'm afraid I do not know when NBC plans on airing that episode.

Right now, Lyssie's playing a game called "Where's Earl". She hasn't found him yet, but when she does I'm sure the writers will allow her into some more episodes:D:D.

Seriously though, shows you how greedy and power hungry the producers and middle men in the business are. They'd have the writers working for nothing if they could get away with it.

We'll see if she's on on Thursday. I hope so because still a lot of shows aren't in reruns yet and she was amazing in the last one as Franks' girlfriend. I wish she'd do more TV when the strike is over. I am already addic cted to Earl, so maybe a regular part in that. Alyssa if you're reading, your fans are waiting!

:( :( I saw the previews for Thursday's shows last night during 'The Biggest Loser' and it doesn't even look like Earl is going to be on this week. There is an hour long episode of 'The Office' and then '30 Rock'...so I guess we can all hope they just pushed the episode back 1 week. ;)

No Lori you are right. I just chrcked the listing on Yahoo and they are not on this week. So we will be lucky if they happened to avoid the writer's strike and will postpone it some for us.

You're right. NBC yesterday released scheduling updates through the first half of January and they have now officially set Alyssa's episode, "Bad Earl", for Thursday, January 10th, at 8:00pm.

Due to the writer's strike, this was the last episode completed of the show, and could well be the last episode of the season if the strike is not resolved soon.
