Well Karen I would love to be there, but I live a tad too far away. Nonetheless, I will be there in spirit. Congratulations to you and have a great time with your presentation!

Karen-any chance they can move the awards to New York City? I guess not, but congrats on being selected to be an award presenter.

Presenting?
Shouldn't Karen be 'receiving'???
Say what you like about FLASH GORDON (I loved it, personally), but Karen's performance as Baylin was superb and deserves recognition.

I agree she should be receiving, because her performance as Baylin is masterful to be sure. But it is an honor to be presenting as well, and you can't have everything. Hopefully after season two the cast will get more recognition for the beautiful work they do. ;)

you guys are sweet! Flash Gordon hasn't aired here yet can you believe it?? So no one in this country has seen it on tv!! I am thinking ..this fall....... ???
wish me luck and hope I don't trip on my dress, or stumble on my words haha! xoxo
Mmmh.. I'm sure that if such a thing happen, you'll find a way to make this thing funny, show them your sense of humour... and let people think that it was deliberate. Because you're actress, and you can let people believe all what you want!
Good luck!! You'll meet a lot of interesting people and i think that it's an honor to be choice to reward them.

I can't believe it hasn't aired there yet. I find that so wierd that things happen at different times in different parts of the world. Even neighboring countries. :) I'm just oblivious and I think things happen at the same time everywhere. When I was just in Mexico I saw a magazine on the stacks talking about Jessica Alba finding out about her pregnancy, where here we already know she had a baby girl and she named her Honor. So wierd.
Anywho-best of luck. I hope you don't trip over your dress, that would totally be something I would do. I think you're more graceful than that...most of the time. ;) And you memorize lines all the time, I'm sure you won't fumble over your words. You are a ball of confidence woman, pull yourself together! You'll be great. Plus with looks like yours I can honestly say that most men in the audience probably won't even care what you're saying. LOL Break a leg! (not by falling of course)

You see. ;) Fine you enjoyed it and thx for the nice compliment! (although we can be little devils sometimes) lol
Btw, which category or part of the ceremony did you present or is it a secret ? (please don't say YES now). Being in front of an audience is quite thrilling, isn't it ? :)
Pix, awww, can't wait to see them!!!
Cheers for now.

I would have to dissagree with you there. I don't find it thrilling, I find it nerve wracking. If I had to do speeches and stuff in school I was lucky if I didn't have some sort of anxiety attack. hehe But that's why I don't have a job that requires me to do those types of things. :)
