Sami's Fantasies!

In one of the threads someone asked me if I had trouble keeping a straight face during K2's "the starving children in the Sudan" line.
I was biting the inside of my lip to keep from busting out laughing!!!!! In fact, I think I was kinda hiding my face behind Bryan during that line just to help me maintain my dignity!! /images/graemlins/grin.gif The thing about K2 is, he knew he was cracking us up, so he just kept delivering the line with more sincerity. He is so hilarious! Bry, Kirsten, Lauren and I just erupted with laughter as soon as the stage manager said "cut" at the end of the scene.

All those fantasies made me laugh though - when Lauren was jumping around trying to catch the money??? That was classic. And her in jail? With Martha ? Just too funny.

Work has been really fun lately... finally Sami's wiped away the tears, and gotten back to the business at hand (revenge on Kate!). So, now that I don't have to stay focused and in such a deep emotional place for my scenes, I've been able to laugh and have fun again!!! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I agree! I love scheming Sami! The last year has been very emotional - and I'm looking forward to some fun storylines.

That fantasy was so great! K2 delivered it just perfect, and I loved the whole scene. Thanks for creating such fun moments for us to watch every day!

I hope I taped that episode I've been so busy lately I missed one or two shows last week I taped one of them though. I'm glad Sami's over the emotional stuff and back to Sami. Will be fun to watch her go at it again. K2 does seem like such a funny guy. Everytime I go to his site I get a laugh from something he says. Let's hope the Lakers win tomorrow night. I'd rather they win than the Pistons and of course GO LAKERS!!!

Hi Ali! Thanks for posting! I have really enjoyed all of your scenes lately, esp. today's episode when Lucas gave you the ultimatum. I just started on your book and I'm really liking it. I kind of feel like I'm just reading one really long post from you! Your childhood pics are great and I can't believe how much acting you did before you even got on Days. Cool. I'm really glad to hear that you can lighten up at work now. I can't imagine how hard it must be to totally break down emotionally on set and then leave to go on with your 'real' life which I'm sure is not nearly as emotionally draining (well, I sure hope that's the case anyway! LOL)

Hi Ali-I'm glad that you are having fun at work. I thought it was funny when Sami was telling Kate and Lucas how she had changed but had her fingers crossed behind her back. I feel a little funny when Martha Stewart is mentioned because I know the judge in that case.

I thought the scene with K2 was hilarious. He was trying to be so concerned about the kids in Sudan. To piggy back off a question someone asked earlier about who flubbs up their lines the most. Which cast member comes to work very prepared and never forgets his/her lines?

Ali---I'm on Chapter 7 reading the book about you. "All The Days Of My Life" (So Far) I really liked how you put it together. It's well done. And also, I read your blog and it sounds like you've been one busy women. It's good to be busy. That way you can keep your mind preoccupied. And not thinking bad thoughts. Ali, you are so much fun to watch, as an actress, I love hearing the behind the scenes moments because they are so much fun and there is so much that goes into puting a show together. I am sure you all had a blast with the bar opening scenes as well. I wish you had gotten to get out there and dance more though, I remember when you all did the dancing for Kate and Romans wedding, some of the looks you gave out there were classic. Keep up the awsome work. You guys are great.
