Wow, this is breathtaking Alyssa! You are so gorgeous.

And what's great about Alyssa is that she's not only gorgeous on the outside, but she's equally, if not more, gorgeous on the inside! (If that's even possible) And that's a very rare quality in people.

Yes, I agree! She is in GREAT shape. However, I know she works very hard to keep her body and her health, so she deserves it. I once read/heard (can't remember which) that she works works out and takes her vitamins EVERY day. Wooh, that's dedication. I know I'm lucky if I work out twice a week=] Haha, but then again I'm still a kid and it's not really a problem for me yet. Also, I know that because Alyssa is a vegetarian she has to really make sure to get her protein and other essential nutrients through her food; so it kind of forces her to have a good diet. Still, she looks fabulous! And can you imagine trying to exercise when you're working 70 hour weeks, like Alyssa sometimes had to do while filming Charmed?! Ah, crazy!!! My body would be so dead!

I guess is my career depended on my looks I'd take things a little more seriously, too. (Not that hers depends solely on her looks, but it is a big factor.) The ancient Greek word "sanus" (from where we get the word "sane"), meant literally "a sound mind in a sound body", and I think she is very good at managing both aspects of her life.
I was really skinny when I was your age, Katlyn. I didn't start gaining weight until I was about Alyssa's age, and it was like "Ok, I have no idea how to diet. I've never had to!". I've always played basketball, though, so I've been able to stay pretty active. It amazes me some of the guys my age who can't get out of their cars. I feel lucky. I still have all my hair, too!
