WOW what a great experience! I posted a detailed message on Alyssa's blog describing in painstaking detail just about every aspect of meeting Alyssa in St. Louis. I post a similar message here also because I'm feel much more comfortable responding back to other fans here at this web site and I have been a member here since day one so I owe it to the board! I save my baseball stuff for the blog but I can be pure Alyssa fan here. I can check back on this post and respond to other fans. Sorry I do not check other comments at the blog.

So I have this image of thousands of fans lined up before we get there, and we see a line outside the team store so we get in line. Then this man comes out and says only people with coupons can be in line. Were like Oh BUMMER, so we get in a long line to get into the stadium and we get inside and the team store is packed! Yikes! Oh ya I'm with my girlfriend, her 11 yr old daughter and her friend also 11 yrs old. So I've instructed them not to look at anything without the label TOUCH. Were sorting thru things and finally the store people say to the back for TOUCH! Her stuff is cool, the girls were giddy picking out their items. I'm like MOVE IT GURLS! MAKE A DECISION!! We get our stuff and Alyssa has arrived and were at the back of the line but I'm like ok I think we'll make it. Alyssa walks in and I'm telling ya she is drop dead gorgeous. Good looking is not the word, she is stunning. Almost unreal as far as looks. So I get up there and I'm very nervous. And I shake her hand and say my name and "I think you know me"? I was prepared to go thru the entire message board roster from the beginning but She goes OH ya Kent from my blog. She sat down and I guess I may have made her nervous also because she's like what do you want me to write to who? I said ELISE (My girlfriends daughter) and she made it out to Elise. I sheepishly said I like being your fan but I was stuttering I think because she thanked me twice? We were told NO PICTURES! But then Alyssa took pictures with everyone and she did not have to. Alyssa smiled and laughed with my girlfriend which made me feel very good. The girls all changed into their TOUCH clothes since they wanted to wear them to the game. Elise's friend slept in her TOUCH Cardinal jacket, and not because of Alyssa she loved the jacket for real. Well that wraps it up, Alyssa is every bit the girl next store, she's professional and when you see her work the crowd, you can see why she's a big hit! Thanks Alyssa for mentioning me at the blog! Thanks Alyssa for your time! Its much appreciated and the girls loved the clothes! I would encourage everyone to see Alyssa on one of her stops. Her clothing is HOT! And she's just a champ ok! Guys, she's easy on the eyes. I'd suggest you become a cross dressor and buy the clothes and wait in line for the autograph if you do not have a special lady to wear the clothes!

Kent, I can so relate to how you felt just before you met her and just after. At Wizard World last March it was just a blur around the signing booth for Pathology. By some miracle I was able to get a photo and we shook hands. It was such a rush knowing she was posing for my camera. Certainly a crowd pleaser and professional in every way for each poster she signed. Glad your efforts to meet her were rewarded.

Kent,
I'm sorry we didn't get to see each other too. I was definitely there but security was nice enough to make sure I didn't get mauled by the insane crowds being on crutches and all. I'm sure we'll meet up next time. I'm praying Alyssa comes back at some point to premiere her football line for the Rams or the Blues!!

I enjoyed reading about your meeting with Alyssa Milano. I'm still eagerly waiting for my chance. :) If my first girlfriend turns out to be a fellow Alyssa fan (and I feel there's a strong possibility she'll be one), I'll make sure to get her Touch clothing for presents.

Thanks so much for everyone who replied. This is the nicest bunch of people on-line anywhere. I loved sharing my story. Now I hope other people who visit her autograph signings post message telling about their experience. I would love nothing more than to read someone else's story about meeting Alyssa. CJ gosh darn it I wanted to meet you :( I would have bought you diner at the ball park and you could have hung out with us.

Yesterday right when the Cubs Dodgers game came on I was driving down a sideroad I rarely go down. It was 1st Inning and a black cat walked in front of my car bringing me to a stop. This is no joke, this is not me trying to be funny. Straight up ok. Its never happened before in my entire LIFE! It walked back across my path twice! I'm not happy about it ok. I considered running it over but thought that was way worse mojo for me. I'm not laughing although you guys can laugh, but I'm NOT! All black not even a spot of white. Then James "LOANIE" pronounce just like Kent LOANIE slams us. I'm hiding out now from Dodgers fans, please dont tell I was here ok. Were hiding now!

Loney hits a grand slam! That was like his 12th hr of the year. After a bases loaded walk. What amazed me even more was Manny's HR. I swear the pitch he hit wasn't 9 inches off the ground. He was almost falling on his face, and it still carried into the stands.

Kent, if you're a Cubs fan, I feel your pain. I'm currently attending a 12 step program for recovering Cubs fans. Our self esteem at having our post season hopes dashed for 80 years is what bonds us all together. I'm using the Dodgers as my "higher power". The Serenity Prayer actually goes "grant me the serenity to accept that Manny Rodriguez is going to win them the series".

Seriously, if I got to meet Alyssa and hang around with her, my team could renounce baseball and join a Tibetan quilting bee for all I'd care. If they all spontaneously combusted on the field, I don't think I'd even notice. I'd simply stare into her eyes watching the play of light reflected from the burning outfielders running around.

Yours commiseratingly,
Jim
