Final score just came in: Phillies 7 Dodgers 5. Should be a very exciting game on Wednesday. What a battle from start to finish!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

As I said on Alyssa's baseball blog: that game was definitely heartburn worthy! Even I started getting a migraine towards the end! And I think Alyssa said it well when saying, "Ouch. Ouch it hurts." REALLY BAD :/

But I can't say I'm disappointed. The Dodgers made a lot of great plays and put up a strong fight. What more could I ask for? ...a win would be nice, haha. But seriously, they tried their best. Our pitching is still a little messed up though; and that's what gave the Phillies some serious hits, which really damaged that score board.

Oh and what really made me mad was that my friend (who doesn't even like baseball) was sitting next to me cheering on the Phillies the whole time, JUST to try and tick me off. It worked. Hah, and he thoroughly enjoyed my pain! HOW RUDE!

Ew, I still feel sick thinking about that game. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

Yeah, I agree about the pitching, Katlyn. The thing about a hitter like Stairs is that if he ever does hit the ball, it goes 460 feet, and he read the fastball last night. I don't think the guy knows how to bunt. It must have been a hard game for Alyssa to watch. Nothing like losing a lead. Still, Manny did his best and came through every time. His ability to put a bat on almost every pitch he wants to just amazes me.

They kept panning the crowd to show celebs, but I didn't see her. It's amazing how the camera couldn't sweep the sidelines without catching at least one or two celebs.
