Well I am about to join the scream queen team! We start shooting SAW 6 in a few weeks and I can't wait. O my God, creepy stuff! ;-)

Congrats, Karen!!! :D I can't say that I'm a fan of horror movies (I'm one of those people who ends up under the sofa or bed hiding.:o) but with you in this one I may actually try to make it through one. Can't wait to hear how everything goes. Good luck with the shooting!

OMG, are you kidding? Holy bageezes, that's just crazy! LOL Is that what your "scary" announcement was? Well I am a fan of horror movies. I have not seen all the Saws...just the first 3 I believe. There's 5 already? I'll have to watch the next two yet before this one comes out then. That's so cool though, CONGRATS! Do you get to die in some horribly awful manner? That seems like a strange question to ask...hmmm. Well best of luck with whatever your role in this will have you be doing. I'm excited to see you do something crazy and completely different. :D

Btw, I tried to read 'scream queen team' but stumbled twice. LOL Nice tongue-twister! grin

Awesome news, Karen! Congratulations!! I'm a fan of the SAW series. :cool: I remember finding the first one so creepy and that ending...Wow! :eek: I'm looking forward to seeing you in the next installment. I assume it's scheduled for a Halloween release this year?

Argl...!! I never seen any Saw, i'm not enough courageous for that...! Is the violence worse than in Master of horrors? I normally can't stand horror films, but strangely.. i'm able to watch MOH without to be scary... (well... not that much ^^,).
Saw's title is enough to scary me...! I'm afraid to bring up when watching it...! So... If i saw (well... i mean "watch") the 6's one, i think i'll only watch Karen's performance :-S

I was kinda wondering the same thing myself. As far as I know they sort of run in a sequence and always have something to do with the previous ones. I've only seen the first 3, so I feel like I've gotten the jist of it and will be fine with skipping the last two before viewing this one. But I think you should at least watch one before you watch the sixth one, just so you know what you're in for. ;) But it's a horror film, it'll still be scary and disgusting even if you don't understand the plot. Hehe

Yes, Saw is waaay worse than that. That's just zombies getting their heads blown off, LOL. This is real people. It's not so much scary really, as it is just totally disgusting. What's scary about it is thinking it could happen to you.:eek: You have to watch Emy...you know you're going to...;)

When i was in a school teaching us a little bit of cinematographic things (as analysing films, writing scripts, drawing story boards ect...), our teacher made us watch a french short film which may inspired americans for Saw. The title was "Pâques Man"....! I watched it hide behind my hands... and it was FRENCH!! lol :p
Americans always do things better than us... with more blood, more special effects ect... so, i really think that i'll not be able to watch Saw :p As you told me, it would seems to be too real for me^^
Maybe i'll just watch the scene with Karen, but only if you assure me that she doesn't die in atrocious pain!!!! :-S
And... It would be really cool if she didn't die at all...! lol

Lol Ok, I'll watch it first and let you know what you can expect. But I won't give away too much. I hope she doesn't die either...that's not really a pleasant picture. But if she does die, I can promise you it probably won't be pretty. That's Saw for ya...gruesome! I'm very excited to see her do something like this though. I've never seen her do horror before, I'm actually really looking forward to it. :) I really don't want winter to come back so soon, but I wish it were October already so I could see this movie! Hehe

I dunno if I would say this is the biggest thing she's worked on. It's highly popular I think becuase it's the 6th in the series...so obviously they're doing something right with it. :) I think it's a big deal and I'm very excited about it. Worldwide I guess I really don't know. I dunno what the rest of the world has seen or hasn't seen really to say I suppose. I think most things have been Canadian and/or American based. As far as other countries go...I have no idea what they get.

Just watched IV and V last night...ick. I was pleasently surprised to see that the guy from "Art of Attraction" (the Mutant X episode) Blake was in 4, and Scott Patterson from Gilmore Girls was in 4 and 5. It was neat to see him playing a role other than Luke. :) Too bad what happened to him though. *shudders*

Anywho-Karen, I'm becoming more afraid for you now. I hope your character is an FBI agent trying to solve the case or something. I'm really not sure I want to see you put in one of those torture devices....:eek: Any idea when a trailer will be released?
